We stumbled across this gem by chance. It is situated behind St Mary's church just off the main street. It is close to everything in Betws-Y-Coed, ie pubs, post office, train station, shops and restaurants. The hosts Peter & Eileen a delightful Irish Couple made us feel ever so welcome, and we stayed in a room with a view, overlooking the beautiful church and the hills beyond. The rooms are ensuite and we even had a king size bed almost 6 feet across. We were in Betws-Y-Coed to go walking and once we'd had a lovely breakfast (which you choose from a wide selection the night before, including vegetarian) we found that right beside the guest house was the start of the LLyn Elsi trail, which takes you to one of the prettiest mountain lakes you could wish to see. Well worth a visit & we will go again soon. Great value as well!
